Shipping policy

We offer free shipping in the contiguous US and Metropolitan France for all orders over $59.

We do our best to ship your order as fast as possible.

Packages are usually shipped within 1 to 3 days after receiving your payment. They are shipped via the carrier of your choice or the available carrier with a tracking number. We offer different shipping methods and you can choose the one you prefer when placing your order. Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method.

We do not charge any handling or packaging fees. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Delivery charges are based on the weight, destination and delivery method chosen at checkout.

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form. Delivery times are only indicative; if they exceed thirty days, the sale contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded.

The package is delivered to the address on the order form. In the event of a typing error, including an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we cannot be held responsible for the consequences in terms of delay or impossibility of delivery. All costs related to the reshipment of the products due to an error made by the customer will be the exclusive responsibility of the customer. We work with third party delivery services, delivery issues are beyond our control.

In the event of holidays, periods of heavy activities such as sales, bad weather, exceptional closures or traffic ban, the processing and delivery times may be extended. After validation of the payment, an order number is assigned to you. Your order is saved. You can follow the steps at any time in your "My Account" customer area. Whatever the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online.

The Customer will have to communicate a valid e-mail address and will have to update his/her information.

For deliveries to countries other than the US or France, you may be responsible for duties and requests from customs. To avoid delay, high import duties or returned delivery, learn about the regulations in your country.

Please inspect the products you receive for any damages or issues upon delivery.
