Refund policy
We do our best to provide you with high quality products, your satisfaction is important to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@ilovemeattitude.com within 7 days after receiving your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, we are not able to accept returns including food products. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order if you believe a product is not suitable for consumption, or has arrived damaged and you wish to return it. We will take appropriate action to replace or refund the damaged products.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds are processed to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
